Rent Dynamics
Led the development of a contact-center application including the frontend, and the development and architectural planning of the backend microservices and twilio integrations for Rent Dynamics using React, C#, Postgres, MSSQL, and Python. It handled all the calls, texts, emails, webchat messages, follow ups and service requests but in a task-based form. Each communication type had its own microservice my team helped build/design.
