I programmed https://icomply.usu.edu from scratch! (As an intern) It was used by Utah State University professors, department heads, and even deans to report conflicts of interest to the compliance office. It had it's own university login page and everything! It was a huge improvement over the pen and paper approach the compliance office had used previously.
